How to Be a Vendor at The 2013 Market:
Please have your applications in by the deadline on the forms, especially if you wish to take advantage of the “Early Bird Special”.

All signed forms, insurance, photos, and payment will be necessary to be considered.
Vendors are juried & selected by the committee.
Please be aware that we try to have a variety of vendors and do not seek to have duplicates, thereby ensuring that each vendor has a good “crack at the whip” and customers find unique products.

5) 2013 Food Vendor Forms

Food Vendors (packaged or served) must submit a Health Form to the Sparta Township Health Services, 65 Main Street, Sparta, NJ 07871 Phone 973-729-6174, Fax 973-729-2635. You must submit the Health Form directly to the Sparta Health Department. Do not submit your Health Form to the committee! Thank you!

A sincere thank you to our 2012 vendors. As always great merchandise and you all helped to make the 2012 Market the greatest yet. Some 12000 people attended, so hopefully you all enjoyed it as much as we the committee did and we can look forward to you joining us in 2013.
